You have to be patient for their response. There is nothing the community can do to assist you.
Thank you very much for your comments. Being patient is a good quality to have and sometimes I forget to be patient!

I am Trying to connect WordPress so I can start using JetPack & get this error:
WordPress reports no SSL support with error message cURL - error 7 - couldn't connect to
Thank you both, Robert & Annie for your comments. I will follow them & hopefully my problem will be gone! It is so great to have feedback from the WA community members!

No probs Barbara.
A lot of members have tried that plugin and found it no good.
What do you want a plugin to do?
Maybe I can point you in the right direction.
Enjoy your Tuesday.

I really appreciate your advice. A description of JetPack stated it provides visitor stats and security services. Does IThemes provide similar security? I am not too familiar with any of the
Plug-Ins. Any help provided is greatly appreciated!
Barbara
Your Wordpress comes with security already and a spam protector.
If you have your own Domain Name and its hosted with WA then you can activate an SSL function within WA as well.
If you have a SiteRubix this function isn't available for free sites but as I said above your Wordpress is already protected. Comment Issues Fixed, Spam Plugins No More. Hope this helps you out and you need further help get in touch or send Kyle a Private Message for further clarification.
Robert
Removing JetPack solved my problem! Thanks so much for all the advice. I don't think I need another plug-in!

Hello again Barbara.
That video of Kyles I sent you was for commenting but he does say that your site is already protected and that's what its all about.
If you have your own Domain its best to activate the SSL function within your account.
Have a good day today and be successful.

Robert's reply is good Barbara. Kyle and Carson are not fans of it. When you look at the number of downloads the plugin has, and how many people give it a low star rating (view their written ratings), you will read that it causes lots of issues for lots of websites. Shame really as last time I viewed it, there were a couple of good add-ins in it. Try searching for another reliable plugin that will do what your after.
Barbara
Please dump that Plugin right away.
Its no good and will not work with the wealthy affiliate version of wordpress.
