When I went to log in to WA on the new Windows 10 edge browser, I got a notice that there was a security problem with the certificate. Has anyone else encountered this?
Hi Nancy,
Windows Edge does not have Norton Extensions. This means if you are running Norton on your computer, it will not pick up it's security implementations.
Now this could also be true with McAfee or other security programs. So switch your default program to Internet Explorer for now.
Nancy - have a look at a blog by GrandpaMike about Windows 10. He comments on Edge there - I haven't downloaded Windows 10 yet, but am thinking about it...
You'll find his blog in the list above if you type Windows 10 in the search bar above.
Hope he can help!
Cheers
Ellie
It was the oddest thing. I couldn't even get in, so I just went back to my Chrome browser. I think I'll have my son look at my laptop tomorrow to see if something's afoot. Thanks for the quick response, Ken-Pringle!

When I installed windows 10 I was only able to use edge. all of my other browsers were unable to use at all until i found some solution from other forum to fix the system error. Edge wasn't too user friendly to me as one of the biggest downside is the right click does not come with as many option as Chrome. The setting part serve too little function to adjust, i guess they are thinking to simplify it but to me its no good. Anyway just stick back to Chrome or whichever browser that u are use to =)
