A Great First Month
I’ve been at WA for a month now, and after reading a number of progress posts from other members, I decided to add some of my thoughts to the mix.
I’m sitting on my porch swing listening to the near-by creek, singing birds, and woodpeckers drilling holes in a tree across the road, while writing this post. I’m including this information because these are the things that will motivate me through the next 10 months. This environment is where I wish to spend my days. What I will be doing one week from today is returning to my classroom and 90+ new students for the beginning of a new school year.
However, I know my dream is doable. In the past month I’ve written 9 posts and six of them have been found by Google. I inadvertently ended up on Google Analytics yesterday and discovered that in the last 7 days, my site has had 50+ visits. I’m one third of the way through level 3 of the Online Entrepreneur Certification, and once I have 20 live posts, I’ll be adding affiliate links. WA is the “Real Deal.” I want to thank everyone who has been involved in getting me this far. With the training and assistance available at WA, anyone, even someone like me with very little prior knowledge, can make a success of an online business.
I spent a little time yesterday looking at motivational quotes and will leave you with one of my favorites. “El único limite eres tu” — Christian Diaz. With apologies to the native Spanish speakers, here’s my translation: You are your only limit.

There truly is a lot to learn. Going back and adding affiliate links is an excellent technique, and knowing that’s the plan should help with the original writing too. May all your dreams come true.

I wanted to take full opportunity of my free time...school starts soon and my research and writing time will become quite limited by comparison. And, yes, it is a wonderful place for creative efforts.
