Hey, everyone, I need to voice something. I have been looking for over a year for a place I could make money working from home because of health issues. I finally found WA, and I have been so excited every since. However, my family, because I have tried so many that turned out to be scams, they are so negative that every time I reach a milestone they cut it and me down by saying "yea, right" "are you sure" or "that's not gonna work". For instance tonight I hooked up with Amazon as an affiliate and when I was done with the sign-up and got the word from them I could proceed, my daughter said to me "are sure that it will work and that that is the real Amazon". It makes me so depressed, and then I remember I have you all to fall back on and look to for encouragement and I just want to say "Thank You All"!!! I know I am in the right place and I will succeed because of the backup I get and the comments I get from ya all. Thank you guys, for being my friends and listening and encouraging me.

I know exactly how you feel. There a lot of scams out there and I know I've found myself thinking, "ok what is this, or when is the big pitch going to come". Well, I haven't seen the bad thing yet. Wealthy Affiliates teaches you how to do things, and then you do it. To get to the next level depends on you and your imagination, perseverance and hard work. It doesn't take long to feel like you're on the right track. Whenever you need to, just reach out because there are a whole lot of us out here paying attention.

I found that out, thanks for being here and anytime I can return it let me know I am following you so I do actually check. Thank you so much for the encouragement and I do love it here. I am learning so much and every time I complete a lesson then go back and look at my site I get excited and encouraged again. When you get disbelief coming from your own home it is nice to know I have another home, here at WA, to go to get lifted back up so I can keep going, and work harder to prove what I believe, that I am in the right place.

Just remember your family has your best interest at heart. They may not always be correct, nad in this case they are not. Just keep doing what you are doing here at Wealthy Affiliate and eventually they will see the difference.
I know you are right Harvey, and I believe we will succeed. I am gonna keep pushing and prove them wrong.

Hi Tina, I know exactly where you are coming from as I used to get the same comments from my family as they were convinced I was going to be scammed. They are not so bad now and are amazed at how much I have done and learned in the time I have been here.
I decided at the beginning of 2017, that this is going to be my year and I am doing what I want and if people aren't happy with it then tough. I was fed up making sure everyone else was ok and was not thinking about myself.
Don't let them get to you or put you off, you just enjoy what you are doing. I got to the stage where I never told any of mine what I was doing.
As you say, you have this great community to fall back on. XxX
I am to that point now too, I just don't talk to them about it, that is why I posted here, I knew you all would back me up and right now that is what I need. So, I will keep going and eventually, I am positive they will see what I say and that is I am well on my way to success and having the time I need to spend with them and be self-sufficient. Thank you so much for being part of our community and thereby my support system. I truly appreciate you and everyone else here.

It 's hard for someone who's not entrepreneur to understand that there's many failures before there's success or financial reward---they have an employee mentality where they trade $$$$ for hours

Keep going till you reach the top. I am happy because you have such a wonderful family here at. It a best idea that you look for views when you want to sign up for an affiliate program from the family here at wa. Many of us have come across most of these scams.
I know that is why I feel so comfortable here. We have all been through enough scams to know the real thing when we are in it and can see it working. Thanks for the encouragement JM.

Thank you, Silvia. I agree, I am in the right place and all the encouragement and help I get here is irreplaceable and I am so happy I finally found a way to do what I have always wanted to do, support myself and have time for family, even if they don't believe yet. I will show them, with people like you and the rest of the WA community I will perceiver through the disbelief here at home and prove them wrong. Then I will smile and walk away. (Not away, away. Just till I can stop laughing and saying I told you so! Ha, Ha!)

Hey Nana, I'm new here too but as I see people here are great so definitively it is a good place and we just need to believe in us and try out best then like my mother usually said: it is worth hard work just be patient and focus on it, soon or later you will get what you worked for.
