I just wanted to know that if I complete my training for OEC, will I get a downloadable certificate or just a badge?
It would be. Because the place i live have job opportunities for online marketing. And if I would have a certificate, it adds more value to my resume.
But its fine since the training is great
You can always create one for yourself, Nabeel! Someone did here a few years back, and it looked very professional!
If you do it right, it will look good with the resume too! After all, I have a diploma from KSU, I've never used it for anything, but there is a GREAT sense of accomplishment!
Jeff
Thats right.
After all it comes to us that how we present ourselves.
Certificates and resumes are just a means of telling people that we are qualified for something. But the real thing is the work we can do and what we are good at.
Thanks for the advice!
You're very welcome, Nabeel, but I would still print out a certificate for my.own well being! That is how most of us are. If I ever finish the training, you can bet I will!
Jeff
Hi
No you do not however, you'd get a badge on your profile like now if is showing you have completed Level 4 of OEC.

Do I get a certificate after completing training here at wa?

You can build a portfolio of skills doing the course. Just keep a record of everything you do here and then replicate it in the open market. Even a freelance writer will have to do this regardless of qualifications. I have used SEO with clients on the back of my work here in WA. There are lots of benefits once you build a portfolio. You can also include it in your CV. Employers are looking for real-life examples more and more than just certification. Good luck. Phil
