I have recently faced a problem with transferring cash credit. It looks like no option which was there exist now. Is there anything changed for this system? Please h
I am sorry. Many of the members misunderstood me. Here is a screen shot attached which indicates only community credit is available for transfer and cash credit transfer option is omitted. But Cash credit transfer option was there and I was always able to transfer them since I had more than enough cash credit available. Now my cash credit are 270 and there is no question of my credit availability. Please check that is it available for you also and confirm me.
If you have not reached the minimum payout threshold you will not be able to transfer them.

I am not sure what you mean. Payments are only made on the 1st of the month and you need to have reached the threshold amount that is set in your account.

Hi - on the credit dashboard, you have clicked on the transfer credits tab. You need to click on cash credits.
@DianeScorpio : Can you tell what is the process of transfer cash credit internally to other member now like community credit transfer?

I see what you mean. I can transfer community credits but not cash ones and I can't covert cash to community so it looks like we can't transfer cash credits to another member any more.
