I just stumbled upon this quote and thought it would be inspiring for all of us. It is a quote by Amelia Earhart - American aviation pioneer and author. She speaks about decision-making and the power to take action.

Very thought-provoking. And a key to actually implementing ACTION instead of just staying in thought-mode or analysis paralysis for far too long. (Of course, I realize that we have to think and plan also but we never get to the point where we have everything completely figured out and account for all variables before we act...almost everyone learns some by DOING, correcting and tweaking, some experimenting, finding their own style, their own voice, seeing what else they might need to learn a short they go along, etc.)
