I got accepted at AWIN
A few weeks ago, I got an email from a mini pc manufacturer asking me if I we could work together. He had emailed me on my cyber blog which was weird (since it gets little traffic and I'm not actively pursuing it). I asked him to look at my mini pc blog and let me know if there was any interest. I never heard back.
So I went on their site and discovered they are either part of or trying to get on ShareASale... OK let's look at that.
ShareASale is being merged in to AWIN. OK, so let's look at that.
I applied, then I get the weirdest response within a few days.
I was rejected. I had no idea why or what or how... I replied back to delete my account.
Gets weirder. Two days later I get an email titled: Congratulations - Your application to join Awin has now been approved
HUH???
OK I'm in. I am thinking that maybe somehow I had filled out an application to become an product company rather than an affiliate??
In any case I am now part of four programs, Amazon, AWIN, Commission Junction, and ClickBank
Honestly I haven't been able to figure out any of the programs other than Amazon.
Click Bank seems to be "find a product and advertise it" rather then build a niche and find products
I apparently let Commission Junction expire, I don't think I found any products there (but I will go back and look again)
And I didn't find the manufacturer on AWIN.
I have the access, now I need to scale...

That's great that you now have four different affiliate programs. I actually believe it's good to use a different affiliate programs, especially as affiliate programs can close down. When you have a selection of different programs, it doesn't hit so hard when they close.

I mainly use Amazon because it’s easy to use.
I'm on ShareASale, Nutriprofits, Clickbank, CJ, and Impact to name a few. Impact always seems like a pain in the a@@ but some products/services I promote go through there so…..
