100 hours of YouTube views in the last 28 days!

My channel is almost 4 months old now. But like everything I do it's kind of round about. But I just hit a milestone of 101 hours of viewing in the last 28 days. That is more of a personal achievement than a real milestone, as YouTube requires around 3000 hours in a 365 day period before you can get monetized, which comes out to about a 230 hour pace, but it's still a good start.
I am still learning to create scripts, thumbnails, breaking them down to short videos, etc. But definitely moving in the right direction.
My pinterest channel is also moving in the right direction, but not sure if it's a temporary spike and it will settle back down or if it really is a sea change.
I am struggling with getting my facebook page running right now. I was using it to mirror my content, but after watching Jay's video last Friday I think I need to create content independent of my blog.
Speaking of my blog, it's still around 100-150/imrpresssions a day

Great going Michael! Putting in the continued hard work is certainly paying off for you...
Keep it up my friend!
Way to go! My hours have to beat the previous year's now, and it's getting a bit more challenging. Staying the course and consistency are the best tips given to me. Wishing you more and more success with your channel!
Yes Anne. What I understand is that one needs to be consistent. And I also understand that if you create good content it will draw users to the channel so creating more should only improve the numbers.
It sounds like you've gotten into a rhythm, Michael. That is excellent and, I'm sure, incredibly motivating for you. I wish you the best!

It is. As I said, I am not seeing a lot of improvement on my website, but I think there might be some slow improvement, and I will take that!
