Site support is working to fix the issue with Jaaxy. I experienced the same thing but, used Google instead to find a keywords. You won't know the traffic but, you still can find out how many websites are competing. How to use Google to get correct numbers for keyword research

If you mean a free SietRubix and you don't have much if anything on it then you can simply delete the site and start again.
If you do have some content on the site make sure you save it so you can use it for your new one if its relevant.

Monika - domain names cannot be changed. You can change the title of your website in your header, but your URL won't change.
If you want an entirely new URL, you'll need to purchase a new domain.

As the message says, I don't believe it's possible - however I do believe it's possible to buy a .co.uk domain elsewhere & point it to the hosting here (if you're absolutely dead set on specifically buying a .co.uk domain). Probably easier to just go for a .com though instead.
Thank you for your help! I am based in the UK and I was thinking of having .com linked to Amazon.com for Customers in the US, then a .co.uk equivalent site linking to Amazon.co.uk for UK based Customers..... Does this make sense, or should I be thinking about a different route?
You don’t need to go to that extent - you could simply redirect the affiliate links to the relevant site (Amazon themselves have a tool for this)...
And if you were to create localised versions it would be easier to just buy the .com & add a /gb/ subfolder or subdomain.
