2 Tools to Write Keyword-Rich Articles Faster

I've been up to my eyeballs in research this afternoon for a new 'low-hanging fruit' article on journaling prompts for JournalGenius, but I did want to quickly pop in here to share two resources that I've used to help me write faster.

Transcription

To write my book on author marketing in 2015, I made a really good outline of what I wanted to be in the book and then talked into my microphone for 2.5 hours. I uploaded that recording to https://www.rev.com/ and they sent me back the transcript. 40 hours of editing and a 2-week book launch later, I had a bestselling book on Amazon.

You can use this technique to write articles as well as opt-in offers.

Use podcast recordings, webinars, or masterclasses that you've previously recorded or sit down and talk with a friend about your topic. The possibilities are endless.

AI Copywriters

I will admit that I was suspicious of these when I first heard about them but I'm so glad that I gave them a try. After watching a couple of hours' worth of YouTube videos to determine which were the best and how to use them, I used the free trial for Writecream to help me write my first post for JournalGenius.

Using the long-form editor and a Google Doc, I wrote the help with a number of the built-in Writecream tools. Each tool gives you at least 4 to 8 options for things like blog ideas, outlines, the introduction and conclusion, and even helps expand the different blog headings.

I was able to take the options provided, mix and match the different options, and then add my own writing voice and examples to make it my own.

For my second post, I used a combination of Rytr and Writecream. I have to credit Rytr with the idea for the title—The Ultimate Guide to Daily Journals. The massive undertaking came in about 1,700 words and took roughly 4 to 5 hours.

In the end, I preferred Writecream over Rytr and signed up for their $29 a month unlimited plan. I eventually want to try Jasper (formerly Jarvis), but the price per month is a bit high for me right now just starting out.
