2 Tools to Write Keyword-Rich Articles Faster
I've been up to my eyeballs in research this afternoon for a new 'low-hanging fruit' article on journaling prompts for JournalGenius, but I did want to quickly pop in here to share two resources that I've used to help me write faster.
Transcription
To write my book on author marketing in 2015, I made a really good outline of what I wanted to be in the book and then talked into my microphone for 2.5 hours. I uploaded that recording to https://www.rev.com/ and they sent me back the transcript. 40 hours of editing and a 2-week book launch later, I had a bestselling book on Amazon.
You can use this technique to write articles as well as opt-in offers.
Use podcast recordings, webinars, or masterclasses that you've previously recorded or sit down and talk with a friend about your topic. The possibilities are endless.
AI Copywriters
I will admit that I was suspicious of these when I first heard about them but I'm so glad that I gave them a try. After watching a couple of hours' worth of YouTube videos to determine which were the best and how to use them, I used the free trial for Writecream to help me write my first post for JournalGenius.
Using the long-form editor and a Google Doc, I wrote the help with a number of the built-in Writecream tools. Each tool gives you at least 4 to 8 options for things like blog ideas, outlines, the introduction and conclusion, and even helps expand the different blog headings.
I was able to take the options provided, mix and match the different options, and then add my own writing voice and examples to make it my own.
For my second post, I used a combination of Rytr and Writecream. I have to credit Rytr with the idea for the title—The Ultimate Guide to Daily Journals. The massive undertaking came in about 1,700 words and took roughly 4 to 5 hours.
In the end, I preferred Writecream over Rytr and signed up for their $29 a month unlimited plan. I eventually want to try Jasper (formerly Jarvis), but the price per month is a bit high for me right now just starting out.

As long as they're used like the way you have described it is great but some folks has been relying on them and that's not the way to go forward.
However, I do not support the AI technology as it is still in its infancy.

I completely agree with you there. If someone is just letting the AI write the entire article, I'm not good with that. Unless you put a ton of description into what you're trying to write, the AI repeats itself often and half of it makes no sense at all. I think that is why they have it generate so many different versions ... so you can pick and choose.
But I will say that it is so much easier than sitting down to write with a blank page in front of you.

I hadn't heard of Rytr or Writecream until now but I did try out the free 5 day trial of Jasper just out of curiosity a while back after a brief discussion with a member on one of Dianescorpio's posts...
I found that some of the ideas it came up with weren't bad, but it did seem to repeat itself a lot, and a lot of editing was needed!
Also, I had to continuously go and fact check the information so I concluded that I was wasting too much time and effort and that I could easily write an article quicker and more thoroughly myself!
I would love to hear the opinions of others who have tried this...
