Making Money Fast With Local Marketing
I'll just be straightforward. In just a week I have written 3 proposals to manage small local businesses sites. Two of them already have their sites so I don't need to use any of my 25 hosted websites I get with my premium membership. Only one of them wants me to build a site for her.
Besides managing the sites, my services include supplying an email opt-in page as well as setting up an autoresponder, including SEO through writing of blogs (which I'm planning to outsource), editing videos, among others.
I don't want to make this blog too long but I'll tell you that JUST ONE OF THESE CLIENTS IS PAYING MY YEARLY MEMBERSHIP 6 TIMES. I have a few other prospects in the pipeline. With all this, my new goal is to leave my full-time job in January so I have more time to invest on my own sites. Watch me do it!

For sure. Start by asking your business owners friends what they're doing about online marketing. Ask a bunch of questions...they know you're in the industry now. Eventually they'll ask you if you can help them ;)

I often pick up local shopper's guides and things like that, then take an hour or so to go through them and check out the sites for each of the companies. I make notes of those that need help and then follow up to re-design their site, assist with marketing, or whatever they may need. It allows me to work in sweat pants, or board shorts as the warmer weather comes back soon. :-)
