Staying the course
When I used to run a survey grid I learned about line of siight. You take careful measurements over successive distances. When you take enough of them and average them you get an accurate picture of the intervening dstance.
When you try to assess the entire distance You can be thrown off balance. It's like drinking a gallon of water all at once instead of measured sips
You see a canyon and think. How can I ever get over that? Will I take a fall or get lost at the bottom.
Like wise if you see a mountain ahead, you count the elevation and potential pitfalls long before you get there. Will this overhang block me. It looks so steep . Will there be rockfalls or avalanches?
There is a saying. Keep your eye on the ball. This is good advice for all of us. A goal focused sighting worked at constantly is a sure road to success. May we all find it as we prosper here at Wealthy Affiiate!
