Redirecting domain webmail to gmail
I have created a domain webmail account and I would like to forward it to my gmail account. All seems to be fine until I go into the gmail setting and input all the require information it say I need to input a verification code which has been sent to my domain webmail account. The webmail within the domain will not let me get into the mail because it has been redirected to my gmail account. Unfortunately the verification is not coming through to my gmail account either.
Any tech buffs out there that may be able to help.
Thanks
Michael Carden

I was cut short there. I am unable to create a new support ticket. I must be missing a step. I am just shown the answers that relate to similar questions.
Maybe you can assist.
Thank you
Mike
When you ask site support a question. you will see an X that you can click to continue with your question as I can't help with this
They are usually very quick to answer as well :)
Just tried that and it worked a treat. Thank you very much I must have missed something in the training.

Hey Michael
I have the same issue, please keep me posted if you manage to get this resolved.

Hello Glen
I have just tried emailing my domain webmail from an email outside of Gmail and it has come through to my Gmail account just fine. Maybe there is a conflict within my Gmail accounts that is causing the previous problem. I was trying to email my webmail address from one off my other Gmail accounts. Could be the problem. Will keep you up to date.

Hi Michael, Mary created a very good tutorial on this subject. Create an email forward to forward mail from your website email address to your gmail address Check it out it is easy to follow,
when we are putting in a request to site support there will be a pop up suggesting related possible answers just X that away it will go away and you can proceed with submitting your ticket.
I would suggest just starting again for scratch once you have mastered it will be good.
Thank you Alex. Yes that did have the answer and it worked.
