Step 1: Create an 'email forward' in WA SiteEmail using the 'New Email Forward' tab

How to create an email forward is demonstrated in the video by Kyle in the classroom https://my.wealthyaffiliate.co... at the 8.30 minute mark but I will give you a summary below.

Go into SiteRubix>SiteManager>SiteEmail and select New Email Forward tab.

That gives you 3 boxes to fill in:

1.The first box type in the name you choose for your domain email eg contact or support or admin or your name.

2. The second box you select which website domain it is for, from among those hosted at WA, the drop down menu has them listed there for you to choose.

3. The third box you fill in your own personal gmail address where you want this website email to be forwarded to.

For example in this training I'm going to choose contact@marymoz.com as my domain specific website email and create the 'email forward' to my gmail account like this:

All the mail to your website address now gets forwarded to your personal Gmail. However when you reply from gmail to this mail, the recipient will see your Gmail address as @gmail.com and not from your domain specific .com email address.

In step 2 on the next page of this tutorial we are going to now add your website email address to your gmail account so that your replies from gmail can show as from your website address, so the recipient now sees support@yourwebsite.com instead of name@gmail.com.

[For websites not hosted at WA there are some extra steps to take to create the 'email forward', then follow steps 2 and 3 to get the same result of sending website email from gmail. It is when you see how quickly the email forward can be created on the SiteRubix platform that you begin to realize the power of the SiteEmail feature on the SiteRubix platform.]

Nothing never proves easy for me on a computer; however, the steps seem really easy to follow. Again, thanks for helping us out!

Thanks! I was asked a question on this last week and so many people were giving the wrong answer and I couldn't find anything on it, and now as soon as I publish I see someone had something, that would be the joys of having a cluttered dashboard!

Ah well, two very different approaches to training on it now to suit all learning styles :)

Yup, there's been a few detailed trainings on it before but each time I use them I still have issues with them leaving out a detail or two that bites me in the end.

Nice having one that doesn't miss a lick... (-;
