I can't add a website to a domain I own. I keep getting the error: Hosting on this domain is not Enabled. You may not install a website on this domain at this time. To enable h

This will sound a daft question, but where are you trying to install the website?

From the sound of the message you're getting it looks like you're attempting to build the site at the registration site instead of at WA.

No i'm trying to build it here on WA. I changed the nameservers to point here. I went on siterubix then build a website, then chose "on a domain I own" and then put my domain name in the provided space and it gives me the error Hosting on this domain is not Enabled. You may not install a website on this domain at this time. To enable hosting for this domain, visit your domain page."

What's the domain name? I'll check where the NS is pointed. Who did you buy it from? Some of them take ages to implement the NS change.

Bamongo.com. The ns are changed because it's pointing to wa

Yes, the NS for that domain is correctly pointed to WA.

And you are a Premium member at WA, so you are authorised to build on your own domain under WA hosting.

I've just tried to do that, and it responded with "your DNS settings are not quite setup yet". This should normally happen within a few hours, 24 at most, but some registrars are very slow. Maybe they don't work weekends?

Some registrars do not allow you to switch hosting within the first 3 months, but you have had the domain long enough for any such time limits to expire.

It looks like you have done everything correctly. If it's still giving you problems on Monday I'd contact their support and chase them up.

How long ago did you change the name servers. Not sure if there is still a delay in terms of the DNS replication.

Contact support for that one.

A week ago or so. I did send support a message but thought i'd try here in case there was a faster response. Thanks Tyrell :)
