I use manageflitter. Trying them out. Twitter does not allow so many followers when account is new.
I think it's important to keep a check on your ROI (Return On Investment) of time versus eventual customers- otherwise any social activity can be a lot of noise. Not suggesting it is for you, but a lot of people don't keep track on the real value.

Two things what if I want to change the theme on my wordpress site? Where did all the themes go after I installed it? And what if I decide to choose a different third party ski
As a premium member all the WP themes are available to you. Starter members have a restricted choice, so just do what breadtalk says and the world of WP is at your finger tips.

1. Go to Appearances (left panel)
2. Click on Themes
3. Inside Themes (above): Manage Your Themes & Install. Click on Install
4. Choose amongst:
A. Search
B. Upload (If you have in your hard drive)
C. Featured
D. Newest
E. Recently Updated
