I know it's early yet, but I just switched my analytics over to another Google account and now the numbers aren't looking very pretty. I'm not sure what's going on here. I haven't started getting organic traffic yet. I'm concerned about that bounce rate and session duration. Did I do something wrong?

I'm excited to be here while I'm launching my new project. The niche I've chosen this time is mental health related. I'm a huge proponent for challenging stigmas and status quos. My website offers a lot of "tips and tricks" for people getting into a particular trade. It's currently getting about 200 organic/social hits daily. I feel it's in a good spot to start monetizing beyond a couple of Amazon ads.My idea is to turn some part of it into a subscription.
