I need clarification for something, because I have a feeling that I am missing something big here.
This is about the monthly search and clickthrough rate versus the actu
What I think from my limited knowledge, is that out of those 1400 searches, you are not pulling a substantial amount of traffic, despite being on the first page. This may be due to your meta description not grabbing the attention of would be clickers.
However, I would hold out for a more detailed explanation from a more experienced WAer.
I would like to see the answer to this question also.
We will see what others have to say! Thank you for your reply but I don't think it has something to do with meta description. But like you said, we will wait an explanation from more experienced WAers.
This is a good question and I just started out with WA so I don't know the answer. I just want to find out what the answer is just in case it happens to me.

How can I have only 50-60 clicks per month?

Keyword Tools always give the data for the content in the first-page first position, not only on the first page. There will be a vast difference between the traffic that you will get from first 3 positions and then with other positions after them. However, you don't have to be worried because it is great you have got the first-page position which means now if you write more contents, your this content and other contents also will rise up in Google. If you want to rise up this content more up, then you can also provide the link to this page from your other pages (interlinking).
However, Keyword Tools give rough traffic by calculating the average of 6 months. There are many contents which get 1000s of visitors for this month and then 10 in another and 300 in another month. So, the number of traffic will be also not same and Keyword Tools give the average idea of the keyword traffic.
Hope you understand now.
Good Luck!
Thank you for your reply.
Interesting. I didn't know that Keyword Tools give rough traffic by calculating the average of 6 months. I thought these searches are calculated for 1 month.
So the key is to write more and more content...
OK DeRaj thank you very much.
Exactly, traffic will fluctuate throughout the year and this is based on getting a top 3 ranking, which gets a disproportionate amount of the traffic.
If you see your rankings climb from there into the top 3, you are going to see your traffic continue to scale. :)

I don't understand something. Why is my blog roll page showing up in Google search engine when I enter some keywords instead of that particular page or post?
For examp
In all likelihood, your stored search history indicates that you have visited those pages at some point in the past. To avoid having your personal search history affect the displayed results, you should always check google search results using a private (or incognito) browser window.
An incognito (or private) browser window keeps your browser from using your stored personal information (such as search history and cookies) and disclosing it to the sites you visit. It also prevents information from sites being stored on your computer.
In Firefox, it's called a "private" window and is available through the menu. (see below). In some other browsers, like Chrome, it's called an "incognito" window.

You are welcome. Yep, the key is to write more and more content.
