hay mini you ant no loser,its all a learning curve ,just learn and do small steps everday and you will get there,just do it,giving up is not a option

I also have a lot of health issues. You're not alone. Sometimes, I feel like a loser or like my life has no more meaning. Positive thoughts and support from the ones we love is what we need as well to get through this. We can do this. :) Wish you all the best.

You're not a loser by any stretch of the imagination. You're taking the first step in the right direction, that alone is commendable. Stay with WA ask for help when needed and stay positive. I know it sounds like a cliche but you have to believe in yourself and really be determined to succeed. If you need any help in terms of diet and nutrition, cooking healthy meals from scratch is my specialty/niche, so maybe I can offer you some guidance.

Never think of yourself as a loser, I to have some health issues and the way I cope with these is to has positive thoughts. You can do it, and here at WA you have full support to keep you focused on the tasks at hand. WA has been a shining light for me, and a way to change my life around, and I think you can achieve this as well. Give it time, because all good things come to those who wait.
