The POWER of Website Feedback at WA
Hi Everyone.
I have been building my website since Jan 2019 and to be honest the progress is slow BUT I am really happy with what I have achieved.
I plopped my site on WA for "Feedback" - I found this quite daunting as you are exposing your work to experts and beginners alike.
The feedback I have received has been brilliant.
There have been a few comments about the same points and overall I have had some positive vibes coming from the wonderful community here at WA.
If you are wary or shy about getting feedback then don't be - I have found it hugely positive and getting comments from all members of WA has been nothing but a major plus in my learning.
Go for it - You will LEARN!
Thanks Kyle and Carson for this great option.
Thank you -- mike

Always be ready for someone to criticize you. But admittedly there is a way to say something without offending anybody. And here WA people are gentle and generous in their comments and suggestions!
It can be hard to put something out there to be critiqued by others. On the one hand, you want top know what others think, but on the other, you really don't want criticism because its your baby you created and nurtured,
I agree though, the feedback is always useful. You get so used to seeing your own site that a mistake can completely pass you by.
Good post Mike.
It doesn't matter how long it takes you to build your website Jim, we all work at different speeds and absorb information in different ways!
I absolutely agree with you regarding the website feedback, I've had nothing but positive comments and in some cases very relevant and thought provoking ideas to help me along the way.
I really feel that the website feedback is invaluable especially for those of us who are alien to website building and a great way to view how others among the community create and design using the same training that we've all been exposed to.
Wishing you the very best with your site! Slán go fóill, Julie Anne
Yes Mike, it can be daunting, but that's part of the learning and growing process. Keep posting and asking for reviews. We're all here to help.

I liked giving feedback, but I felt that the feedback I was getting in return wasn't the same quality.
I have also had to take into account that some people don't always understand my conversational layout.. (if that makes sense)
I believe my voice is going to be my greatest power, and the feedback on what my concepts were was the greatest help when it came to feedback.
Best wishes, keep going,
-Amber
