I'm not getting any error messages. It just keeps refreshing the Login Window. When I click login, it says Success, but then jumps right back to the Login Window.
The only other suggestion I have is to uninstall Firefox completely and then download the latest version from the internet and install that from scratch.

I was able to resolve through advice from Tech support. I had to update my Firefox and Google Browsers to the most recent version and had to delete my cookies. My previous history clean-outs did not include deleting cookies.
Thanks for your suggestions!
Glad you were able to find a solution.
If you ever need any help in the future, please send me a PM and I'll do my best to assist.
