Tech Support at Wealthy Affiliate is Amazing!

I've been a Wealthy Affiliate member for just over 3 months now. I've been able to set up 2 Websites which are growing in content and slowly building a following. Through my setup and maintenance of my sites, I have come across some technical issues which have prompted me to open Site Support Tickets.

Most recently, I decided that I wanted to sell merchandise on my site with my site logo (t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, etc...). After doing quite a bit of research, I decided to use the WooCommerce plugin and connect directly to Printful for my product fulfillment.

Unfortunately, the connection setup between WooCommerce and Printful did not go so smoothly. But, the Wealthy Affiliate support team was there for me, once again, to save the day!

They fixed the problem quickly and resolved my issues so that I can now proceed with my store.

Wealthy Affiliate is the first web hosting site that I've used, so I don't have a comparison. However, I do know that if not for their support team, I would have probably given up a couple of months ago, unable to proceed with my business plans due to technical difficulties.

I have just enough technical knowledge to make all this online stuff pretty easy to pick up. But not enough to troubleshoot or dive deeper if some error or site problem arises.

The Wealthy Affiliate Support team is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and quick in resolving tickets! Even during off hours and weekends, I've gotten very fast responses.

As if all of the other benefits of being a member with Wealthy Affiliate were not enough, having access to this Technical Support is worth its weight in gold!
