Negative Experiences On 2 Platforms

I wanted to share 2 very negative experiences that I had in hopes it will spare you the same aggravation.

One was with Fidelity where you can invest in Stocks...etc.

The Second was with MonetizePro Dot ai

I rarely use my cell phone for anything. I also have a phone set up online, but again I don't use it very often.

After I made an initial investment in Fidelity, they wanted to reach out to me via phone and since I did not see or respond to their 2 calls they blocked my online account UGH.

So I didn't do anything about it for a few months and I then called them yesterday hoping to restore the account. They gave me to their Fraud Dept and I guess I didn't respond to their questions well enough and they were NOT going to unblock my account. They did connect me to a Trader so I could have investment sold and then I have to wait a day and call back to have that money returned in the way I sent it.

Not a happy camper. I will call them tonight and hopefully complete that.

Monetize Dot ai

I initially looked over Reviews and it seemed ok. I then booked a Demo call which they did not show up for.

So I scheduled another Demo call for next Wednesday.

After thinking about and because I want to push forward with my businesses, I signed up for their low tier plan at $97 a month.

I logged in and was completely lost as what to do next.

I finally after scrolling around found their short video tutorials.

The first one said if you look at the Welcome email you will be able to download a Guide to help you start out..

I never received a Welcome email.

So after watching a few more tutorial videos, I decided to try and create some things.

I tried to have it create a Course for me. I provide the info and all I got back was an

ERROR MSG.

So I tried to create other things and same thing: ERROR MSG. ::: sigh :::

Well I finally had enough of that and I cancelled my Subscription and I won't bother with the future Demo.

I did get a few ideas and I will use AI to help me with those so not entirely a lost effort.

Other than that I have created some more Youtube videos for my channel. I am working on book titles #1652 & 1653 currently editing the Public Domain title into a Regular Edition and a Large Print Edition.

I am working with a paid version of VidIQ on Youtube to rename older video titles and rewrite the descriptions. That is supposed to help revive older videos. I'll let you know in the future what the results are.

Ok, I need to get back to work.

Where do I put all the Cash that will be pouring in? hahaha
