Hi everyone,

My right shoulder pain is getting progressively worse so next week I will consult with someone to know more about it and my options.

I am thankful for everything.

Even with my health struggles, I have learned so much more about health and its given me time to explore other areas in life.

I have decided I will be even more active with my publishing books/ebooks and I will incorporate AI's assistance to significantly produce more than ever before.

And now for the light of my life, Melissa Jeane, we had a great time at the Mall.

Peace & Love,

Mel Waller

Love your pictures!

Shoulder pain is not fun...I have one that hurts all the time because it's bone on bone. Have elected to have no more surgeries because after two knees and a hip, my heart started acting up. I'm afraid one more major surgery would bring on a heart attack.

So, I use diet to help make the whole thing better, and it's really helped.

Hope you find a solution soon.

Thanks Fran!

It's amazing what the right natural foods & supplements can do. I hope you continue to improve.

Thanks Frank! Working on it.

👍👍

No one likes pain. It's good to get checked out. Your previous grandaughter is adorable.

Melissa Jeane is my daughter, Kathie. :-)

Hope the shoulder is OK. I struggled with pain and movement from frozen shoulder for 6 months and it is not fun. Get well soon!

Stanley

Thanks for sharing Stanley! Sorry to hear that. What did you have to do to resolve it if I may ask? PM if you like.

Mel

Exercise. Take a stick, in a seated position, move my arm upwards to stretch the should/upper arm portion. Do this twice a day to stretch the muscle until the pain goes off. As the pain goes off, you can slowly revert to normal exercise.

Thanks for sharing Stanley!

Hoping everything goes well with the shoulder, Mel.

Looks like a great time with MJ!
