Hi everyone,

A new journey has begun.

Some worry about AI, but what about the programs that you are running internally?

We have habits and routines that we have adopted over time.

I have decided to examine and challenge most of mine and its interesting how I try to justify some things.

Some things might be neutral and not require changing, but I am changing them anyway.

I simply want to maximize every part of my day and my experiences.

This will be a fairly constant process I am sure.

That's about all I can say for now. I am enjoying Day one thus far.

I write this more for myself than anything.
