How do you add your site maps to Google search console without all in one SEO??

You will see that Seo Framework does output a sitemap.
Scroll way to bottom and see Sitemap Integration Settings.
As with any SEO plugin to give GSC your sitemap it is yourwebsitename.com/sitemap.xml

Glad you found it useful, Matthew.

I tried to sign up for search console and clicked on URL and typed my site in. Then clicked verify, but it says it needs additional verification and I don’t understand an

I'd reach out to site support

Hope you get it sorted.

you have a couple of choices
you can verify by html tag or download the file or as Thomaspaul says hand it over to sitesupport...
if you download the html file you can add it to the root of your site by adding hte file manager plugin activating it and hten in the left sidebar is a filemanager....
add the html to the directory that it opens with....
and go back to search console and verify...
the html tag you can add to ad inserter or the seoframework under advanced...
i prefer ad inserter as it is where i add my analytics code as well...
i hope you mange t oget it sorted

if you have your analytics installed for more than 24 hours you may find that it automatically verifies or you can select this as your verification method....

If you copy the TXT or CNAME information, you can open a ticket with SiteSupport and they’ll create the DNS records for you.

Okay, what’s the TXT or CNAME? Where do I find it?

They’re DNS records. There should be an option to verify by domain. You just fo through the prompts eventually it will spit out those records that you can have Site Support add.

Installing Google Analytics might be the easiest way as @feiner suggests.
