I think when I edit my post in Wordpress, the website has more plug in. Is it bad if my website has a lot of plugs in?
Only if those are not clean programmed, I know of many renomated websites that use over 30 plugins and the website is superfast. :))
Clean also means, they work well with your theme without causing conflicts as that is one of the main reasons to have a slow not correct functioning website.
There is a tool you can use to find out how your plugins perform, I wrote an article about that a while ago.
If you like to learn how, check it out: Website Slow? Finding Culprits with Query Monitor!
That depends on the plugin, if it is clean programmed, it won't slow down your website, otherwise it is not that good. As a beginner you better keep the plugins you use limited, till you have more experience to know which are good and bad plugins. You can see in WA in the Website Site Manager how many you have, keep it up to 5 is what WA recommends.
I use many more, but it was a hassle to find the bad ones, and to replace them, as they slowed down my website too.
Always use those which are also listed under wordpress.org as those plugins need to fulfill the Wordpress recommended way of making plugins the clean way.
Hope that helps.
Feel free to list them here so we might be able to tell you if you have a bad one.....

I still don't know why that happened, my site already has 3 plug ins and I have no idea what that is about and how that happens and what is good nor not good.
I listed them below:
1. All in One SEO Pack. I know this one is important.
2. Classic Editor. Should I deactivate it?
3. EWWW Image Optimizer. Should I delete it?
Thank you for your response. If you could help me with this, I would be so grateful to you.
These are default ones, you have them once you activate your domain and install your theme through WA.
1 = for your SEO, keep it
2 = comes with the update from WordPress, keep it, you can use this one if you do not want to use the Gutenberg editor from WordPress, if you are ok with Gutenberg, then you could remove it
3 = to optimize your images, make them smaller, you need that, keep it.
So nothing to worry about. :))
You can have many plugins, Mary, but a large number can slow down your site's load time.
Make sure you only have plugins that you are actually using and that add valuable functionality.
Hi Phil, I noticed every time I edited my post in wordpress, the plug in increased. I don't want it to happen every time. Thank you for your response.

1 and 2 showed up when I edited my posts. Should I delete them?
No, just leave them.
They are not being added when you edit your post. They are just being made available.
The Classic Editor so that you can use it to edit your post if you want.
The All in One SEO so that you can enter a title and description for your post.

Please help me find the key word tools on my WA profile. I don't see this tab anywhere.
Thank you.
Mary
Research will take you to Jaaxy, where you will find several keyword based tools.
Post again, Mary, if you need help with any of them.
I see research on the left hand side bar. There is no list like what I see in the training.
Thanks you.
The list doesn't show up on the left side bar.
You should be able to click on the word Research and it should open a popup headed "Jaaxy" which contains the list of around 7 keyword tools.
Are you actually clicking on Research?
If you are and nothing is happening, click on Help Center and ask for technical help.
Yes, I do click on search. It shows jaaxy only. There are not any other tools. I can just use Jaaxy now. Thanks.
Jaaxy IS the keyword research tool. There is no other. Glad you've sorted that out now and I wish you all the best.

Yes...I have 117 credit right now. You can save them however long you'd like and use them for whatever site you choose. The credits are bound to your WA account, not any specific site.
This is a helpful answer. Thank you so much.
