I want to view my site to do lesson 8/10.
How can I talk to somebody who can help me?
I want to view my site to do lesson 8/10.
I finished lesson 7/10 and going to do 8/10 but i can not view my site to see the navigation bar and the widgets. At my back page also there is a notice bar above the Welcome to Wordpress which says, "This theme recommends the following plugins: Contact Form, Drag and Drop Form Builder for WordPress – Everest Forms and One Click Demo Import.
Begin installing plugins | Dismiss this notice"
What will I do here?
OK, if you want to view your site just go to the site URL (i.e. https://yourdomainURLhere.com). That should load your page not the back end. If it doesn't, you should see a menu at the top with your site name. If you click it Visit Site should be an option you can click to actually view your website.
As for the recommendations, I usually install them because some theme features my depend on them.

I assume you're logged in and looking at the back end of your site. Just open a new tab and go to your site's url or choose visit site from the menu titled the name of your site at the top.

I made a mistake selecting a restaurant theme instead of a kitchen for my cookware domain. Can one help me find a kitchen theme and how to customize it?

Change themes by selecting the appearance tab in the WordPress editor. Customizing the theme is also doe within the WordPress editor. I use Generate Press and the theme is very customizable.
To find a kitchen theme you can check on pexels.com, pixabay.com, unsplash.com.
To customize it you need to go in wordpress, open your site and on top you will see Customize and click on it. From there you go in Header, Header Image, Hide Image and Add New Image.
