I have been looking for ways to make money for a few years now. I joined several freelance sites, and have been making ok money through them, but it is a long slog, so I am always on the look out for other ways. I had heard about the term affiliate marketing but did not fully understand what it was. That was before I stumbled on this community!

I have been here for just over a month, and I am having so much fun, learning with the very easy to follow certification courses. I have started to create my own website, and am beginning to understand how it can make money. I have to admit, I had a period of time at the beginning where my mind was running in circles trying to decide on my niche. However, one day it just all became clear to me. One of those famous Aha moments!

It has been a little hard staying focused though, I have to admit. Life has a nasty habit of getting in the way. My eldest son just left home, and my best friend got married a week after that, so I was so busy, I let this slide for a few weeks.

I am now back on track, and determined to make this work. I fully believe it is possible, and am so grateful for the community here, always ready with a helping hand and positive reassurance.

I am so happy that I found this site, and I encourage everyone to give it a try, but make sure you put in the time, it is the only way you are going to succeed.
