Getting paid

What do I have to do to get paid around here? Sorry to rant, but I've been waiting for the May 1st payout for 10 days now and can't even get an answer from Kyle or Carson yet, after having messaged them both. It's just site comment money, but I could really use it and if there's something I neglected to do to get myself paid, I'd like to know what it is before I screw up the next payment in June.

In case anyone's wondering, I moved the appropriate slider to the right for payment and it was over the $25 that was set. I made the request on April 30th. Should I have made it earlier? Would it have made a difference? I sure would like to know, as I would have certainly done my best to beat a more specific cut-off time, had I known there was one. As of now, my account still shows the payment as "approved," yet "unpaid."

All I want to know is WHY, so I can avoid this again. I'd rather not go on for months not getting paid, if I can avoid it. I've searched high and low on this site for answers and they're all really vague for some reason. Since I haven't heard back from the powers that be, I feel like I have no choice but to shout it out here and see if anyone else can help.

And no, I'm not normally this pissed off. In fact, I'm usually pretty positive. But I have more than enough going on in my life right now and I do not need problems getting paid!
