Yes, definately contact, and ask them to explain.
Could be a particular detail they didn't like, or something you're not aware of.
Better to know.
And do ask for the conditions for returning!

Virtual Private Networks (VPN's) are more prevalent for secure data these days of mobile devices. More about it here. http://computer.howstuffworks.com/vpn.htm
You must be using a VPN. That error has nothing to do with Wealthy Affiliate and must be resolved by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Marim if you own the domain you can transfer it to WA. If the site is already established it may be best to purchase a new domain and start from scratch if you are wanting to change your niche.
