Do I get 100 dollars for every person I refer plus 8 dollars for the first month and 22.50 after that ?

For every person your refer that verifies their account you get $1 credit. If they join premium you receive $8 for the first month and 22.50 ongoing after that. If they make an annual payment you get a percentage of that paid yearly, I can't remember the actual amount.

After someone cancels the membership plan. Do you lose numbers for the vegas trip and does the money for the referral refunded to wealthy affiliate.
A new sale will count towards Vegas no matter how long they stay, even if they cancel before the first month is up, you still get credit towards that sale. You still get to keep the commissions as long as they just are cancelling and not getting a refund for their purchase.
Another thing to note, your referrals are your referrals for life. If someone joins and cancels a month or two down the line, but then reactivates their account a few months or years later, you will still get those commissions. People leave and later resubscribe all the time.
I think it counts in you numbers to Vegas , but you may not get the recurring commission paid monthly for that particular member!

Can I go back and upgrade my website.
Sure -- As a premium member, you're able to host up to 25 personally-owned domains and 25 free siterubix subdomains. (That hosting is included in your premium membership fee.) You can purchase your domain names at any number of domain name registrars, including WA.
