Great to be part of this community!
My journey over the past few years trying to learn about Internet Marketing has been quite a difficult one. Not knowing where to start, and not sure how to do it propertly. I have joined several other business models, and always gave up, as there was just not enough motivation and support.
Since I joined here at WA, it has changed the way I do things. Before, I was just trying to do to many different things at once, and not doing it properly. For the first time now, within the space of 2 weeks, I have learnt how to build a very nice website (or so I think) on Wordpress! That is a proud moment for me, as I always wanted to do that, but it just seemed so complicated before.
The incredible training here at WA just makes it so easy to follow, and get it done the right way. From setting up the Wordpress site, writing articles and doing SEO properly, it just makes the learning curve so simple!
This has really motivated me so much, and inspired me to carry on along this road to really become successful at Affiliate Marketing, building numerous websites, and finally being able to live the life I have been dreaming of for the past few years.
Before I landed here at WA, I was at the point of giving up on that dream, as it seemed that the possibility of making money online was just a pipe dream, that would never be achieved, but thanks to the team and other members here at Wealthy Affiliate, who are so supportive and inspiring, it is becominmg a reality!

I am so proud of you. Within 2 weeks you manage to set-up a website. I've been a hermit the last 3 or 4 days trying to get my website right. I think it's my ADHD. Every time I write a page I delete and start all over again. I know when it's finished I am going to be one proud woman!
What I have learnt, is that just don't give up! I am also somewhat ADHD, but force myself to just concentrate on getting 1 thing done at a time, although it is difficult at times!

The second day here Wealthy Affiliate sold itself to me, and ever since,and that's almost 4 years now, I am every day so glad and proud to be a part of this community
Mariette, thanks for the blog post, Good to have you here. I think most people have a learning experience here. there is always a journey to go through. Some will be quick and others will be slower but as long as we do not quit, we will succeed. Best wishes

I felt the same exact way as you! I tried a few things but gave up at them until I found WA. There is so much given to you here that to fail you actually have to try. Kyle made such an inspiring website and I can only imagine where both of us will be in a few years.

Thank you for your blog post-Mariette, this is great news! I think many of us have been in this position, including myself to a certain extent! I learnt the hard way and the expensive way, but thankfully on the right track now.
