I'm almost done with the second lesson of my training but am noticing that I do not like the way my homepage is being laid out. It is just showing all my recent blog posts and
I dont use a static page but what i can tell you is that you will go through a couple of layouts and maybe themes so be patient you will find what you like.
Thanks for your feedback! I’ll probably do that sometime today, I want to finish some other things before I fiddle around with finding a new theme.
Have a great day! :)
Hi Brandon,
I use the blog type homepage, puts traffic on a page with not only what they came looking for, but some other articles they may be interested in. To me a static or landing page may add in a extra layer and would not fit with my flow.
I personally think that each style has both pros and cons, I prefer the blog but that's just me and for my current site.
Ask yourself what you prefer and what you want. After all, it is your website and you call the shots on it.

Hey thank you for your personal feedback. I appreciate it. Now that you mention it keeping the blog type will allow my followers to see what I recently posted so I think I’ll keep it.
.
I’ll just probably go through some different themes till I get one I like more or keep this one.
Thanks :)
