That's the definition I got somewhere online. I hope that helps. It's the TIN from your country, but foreign to any Western country. It's not foreign to you as such.

That's my understanding of the terms. You can always search the web or ask AI (better search engine) to explain things from available sources, not from itself.

All free themes are found in the same place (as highlighted by TheAbiePlus (Abi) however, the "best" depends on what you mean by "best".

So here's an assumption: by "best" perhaps you mean fastest loading, mobile friendly and flexible (i.e., provides a lot of options in a free version).

If you do a google search you'll probably find Astra, Blocksy, Generate Press and Kadence among them.

I use Kadence Theme so I'm probably biased.

The W-8 series forms are used by foreign individuals and entities to certify their foreign status and claim any application treaty benefits, it is also called W-8 BEN.
while W9 form is used by US citizens to provide their taxpayer (TIN) to entities that will pay them income during the tax year.

As you are not from or in the USA you would instead need to fill out a W-8BEN form. I would advise contacting the networks to see if they can issue them.
