How do I go about cancelling my membership for good.

If you have a domain hosted here with WA you will want to first find other hosting for the site before cancelling. Please see Kyle's post regarding hosting after cancelling: What happens to my hosting if I cancel my membership at wa? Good luck in all your future endeavors!

If you also wish to delete all of your information from the platform completely, you can do that as well but be advised that this cannot be undone and if you ever decide to return to WA you will need to add all this information again.
To delete your account data, go to Account Settings, Subscription tab. Then scroll down to the very bottom where it says 'Remove Account' and click on the link. See screenshot for visual detail.

However
For any websites hosted here, you need arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases as you would be locked out the platform, site support back ups are only available for 60 days.
You can never revert back to being a starter.
I also suggest you backup your sites, you can use the AIO WP Migration or Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended.
