Obviously there is a lot more that goes into it, but those are the basic steps you take.
Don't be fooled though, this is something that takes time and hard work to get going, but once it starts you will be able to reap the benefits for years to come!
The best way to earn an income is through affiliate marketing and this is where the USD comes in. You can affiliate with companies like Amazon, promote their products and earn commission from sales from your website.
How long will it take to earn USD in South Africa?
Well you can do this from any country, not just South Africa... but I like to put my focus in South Africa because that is where I come from :)
Well the answer to the common "how long" question is how long is a piece of string? It depends on how much time and effort you can put in and how much effort you put into learning about online marketing.

How long did it take me to earn dollars in South Africa?
I launched my website on the 23rd June 2015 and I cashed out my first paycheck of $53.50 on the 01st January 2016. Although I did make sales by November already I decided to only cash out this month.
So $53.50 doesn't really sound like a lot of money but when I cashed out I got over R800 which really was handy!
I have made some money too this month and might be able to cash out about the same amount.
That is from commission from Wealthy Affiliate only though and I have affiliated with plenty of other companies too, I am seeing people starting to sign up for trial memberships which is really exciting so I expect to start making an income from other companies soon too.
If you want to know what all those $5 amounts are for that is training that I published on Wealthy Affiliate that was approved... yes you can also be paid for sharing your online marketing knowledge with other members!

Is it easy to earn dollars in South Africa?
If you think it is easy to earn any money anywhere in any way... well good luck to you. That hasn't been my experience at all.
Being successful in anything in life means working hard and putting in effort and very often waiting for that work and effort to pay off.
I won't say it was easy and I won't say it was quick as such, but it was worth everything now that I am starting to see a return!
My website traffic is increasing steadily, as are sign ups to trials.... I can feel this is about to explode!
I can guarantee you that this works and that I will soon be rolling in the dollars!
