I have seen so much information regarding the affiliate disclosure and the proper placement on your blog. Where should it be placed (above the fold) and should it be a clickabl
There is an affiliate disclosure template in site content. You can publish it as a page. Jay spoke about it in his site content training Hello: WA SiteContent

This is exactly what has been making me wonder... FTC guidelines clearly state that "As for where to place a disclosure, the guiding principle is that it has to be clear and conspicuous. The closer it is to your recommendation, the better."

So, how come professionals (and I've seen this happen tons of times) end up putting this info just in the footer?
How do they keep out of trouble?
'BEcause their homepage is short.

Blogs tend to scroll...
Unless you have a fixed homepage
Yes, it should be a clickable link to your actual post, I have it on my sidebar, my posts and in the footer.
