Is the page that's listed a photo gallery of some sort? If so, your images may be quite large and triggering the warning. Otherwise, it could be a plugin that's slowing things down.

Please post the URL for the page listed in the warning message.

Hi. It means that when Google crawled your page, the response speed was slow. The first thing I would look into is if you have large images, banners, or JavaScript on the page that is slowing it down.

Sometimes the message will show up and then disappear later.
