Ok, my website is live! It still needs some work to be fully ready. But hey. Here it is:
About a month has passed since i decided to build up a blog and now i have managed to get things together and the basic site structure is ready to go (still need to finish the last "basic" content page). Here it is :)
I have looked around WA and assimilated much informations during the last few weeks. I have decided to build my blog about... building an online business blogging! Ok it isn't really the newest thing around but i have already done a lot of work to find everything i wanted/needed to set my website how i have imagined. I would have been very glad to find everything in one place so i am goign to be the guy that collect everything together and suggest only the most valuable tools and resources i find along the way. Only personally tested and used and valuable stuff.
The single thought that brought me to follow this way is that i was looking for numbers and stats to get the measures and understand approximately how much content i should create and how much i can expect back. I have found some useful info here and there on WA and googling but nothing fully comprehensive.
I mean that most of the reports comes from new bloggers or people that have already established an online business and large following. And great results. Seems like for whatever reason there is not much reporting about the middle stages, a full overview of the process.
That's what i want to do. Building up a blog and report/write content about everything i do, learn and implement, as well about the results. My vision is to create THE website i would have want to find during my researches. A year from now people ending up reading my site will be able to see exactly what i did, what i got, what to expect and much work already done from my side to select the best tools and service (WP themes, plugins, content writing info, keywords, niche selection, analytics and so on..).
Plus i ended up thinking about a blog that could be built around readers preferences and not only around what i want/like to talk about. That's why i have created a page where you can get me to work for you! If you have anything you might want to cover, or do not have the time to make a full in-depth research you can just ask me to cover it. I will never run out of ideas about what to write about and you can get the exact info you are looking for.
I mean to be useful to WA members and to non WA members as well. Let me know what do you think, i am strongly interest in having feedbacks and suggestions from you all if you have a spare minute and feel like to do so :)

I would hate to say youre the competence. Luckily, youre not! Way too many readers out there to argue about a few thousand. It would be awesome if we became competence though!
Well the idea is to build up competence in time and my blog vision is having it to be the box that contains all i get to know. And have everything tracked down to explain what i am and have done at a certain point. My goal is to build my competence up and get to eventually be an authority in time. We'll get there, one step at a time ;)

You are doing very well already, just keep building your site by adding quality content that adds value to your audience. Take you followers with you as you learn.
Build a lead magnet that solves a problem for your audience, something they can use quickly and immediately in their business. Make it so it is only the first part of the puzzle and let them know you have the rest coming, ie part 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.

I would take your google plus widget with pic one spot up. Above newsletter widget.
I would use something different to build my list. A Better lead magnet, like for example "3 Steps to Successful Blogging or 3 Steps to $10 000 Per Month with Blogging" - These are just ideas that popped up. My point is, something that offers value, that will benefit people if they give there email.
I know you will offer value with your newsletter, but people are very skeptic and need more.

You are right, the "about me", "privacy policy" and "affiliate disclaimer" are on my to do list, probably i should have waited a bit more before going live, anyway right now it gets zero traffic and i can start getting a few useful feedbacks like yours. I think its ok.
As you can see its a work in progress, the newsletter actually would just be a weekly summary of new content, i wanted to find the way to set things up (a couple of plugins got the work done) and definetely i should offer an incentive to subscribe. I will just remove the newsletter widget for now.
Much work to do but i am really driven right now to have everything in place, get a list of posts i want to write and find a routine.

I gave a look at your site. I like how the different subjects are in blocks which then can be opened to continue on. Looks good to me. Images are great as well. Nice job.
