Sorry to hear that are you sure your messages were sent, send a ticket to site support also those two guys are very busy guys and there are a lot of members; be a little patient; WA is still the best place to be.

I would follow this tutorial for the account that you don't want billed anymore: Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing Unfortunately, Kyle and Carson are the only ones that can help you out with this.

I was suspended for 2 day and paid as soon as I was aware. WA has me with two accounts lmwood646 was free I upgraded to premium which is the LMW account.

Payments are paid in advance, first payment might have been for the month that you missed and second for the following month. IF you still have concerns send a PM to Kyle or Carson.
