This is how FB Business Manager and FB Ad accounts are structured

If you are a holding company or busines owner with 2 or more businesses you will set up a Business Manager account with separate FB ad accounts for each FB Business Page. FB says you won't need to have the Business Manager, just a singular FB Ad account if you only have ONE business.

Personally I would set up the Business Manager right away at the start because you will never know if your business diversifies in future and it is WAY more of a hassle than it’s worth (actually they simply told me you CAN'T do it and to provide this suggestion as feedback for them to consider development on) transferring the analytics of pixel from a personal FB ad account to the Business Account's FB Ad accounts, so the info that you derived from previous campaigns is lost. All the intelligence, the learning from the user behavior is as good as gone. What you can do at best is download the .csv file for reference.

In summary:

1 human or human profile can have many FB Business Pages.
1 FB Business Page can have many FB Ad accounts.

Individual Ad account advertisers will not be able see what is happening in another ad account they are NOT assigned to be advertisers of.

Only REAL UNIQUE humans can post on FB Business pages and they are the page admins or advertisers.

1 FB profile can have 2 Biz Managers
1 Biz Manager can have 5 Ad accounts
