Perhaps this is not the correct size for featured images in your theme. Every theme is different. Which theme are you using?
Dear Marion, my current theme is Tourable.
In the past, I tried many dimensions of the featured image before. I found out the dimension of the featured image of the normal post is 400 x 150 pixels.
I have been used that dimension for 100 posts already... The rest is fine...Suddenly this time... I upload failed and I have that issue...
Hmmm... DO you need more information to identify my problem?
Change the file name. Make sure that you only use letters, numbers, spaces, and hyphens. No apostrophes or other special characters.
haha, thank you so much, Marion. I can't believe I step on this mistake again. The file name is the problem. It contains one unusual character. And it involves to English grammar too haha.
My original file name was "XX's having a birthday"-> the short version of the verb "to be" is the problem. After I change it into the normal form "XX is having a birthday", I can upload that photo to my website. Success and optimize the image size too.

Hey Thong,
Another issue besides Marion's suggestion, is that featured images that you want too be seen on social media need to be at least 600 x 315 in order to be displayed properly.
Hope you find this helpful.
Hi Triblu :) long time no see and thank you for still remember me.
The featured image I have trouble with is the featured image of my normal post. I have used the same dimension for more than 10 months already.
Suddenly this time...

Jay, I followed your training (it was very helpful and great ) on rich snippets, but I am getting missing "brand" as well.
Yes its a warning, but I don't want warnings as, no body wants from google "your url has issues".
So after months of going back and forth with the useless tech here at WA forum support which always gave pushback and no solutions, always refers back to see developers etc (even though they are suppose to provide plugin support).
Here is the solution:
Scroll down to Product Review Extra Settings > Click on "Review Type" > Expand this list & fill in the appropriate setting.
Then go back to GSC > click on i.e. Products on left side, then click "Validate"
Hope this helps

Hi Thong,
Funny as someone JUST PM'd me about this.
Those warnings are false positives which are merely letting you know that those elements are not within the rich snippets. They don't HAVE to be there.
You can ignore them and move forward.
You're good to go!
Regards,
Jay
O.O oh` okay so I am not alone with this issue. Thank you for leaving your answer, Jay.
Thank you for your Summer hot seat application too. Even my application wasn't chosen, I think I have some clues for improvement right inside your survey application.
I arrange my time for watching your replay webinar "hot seat summer 2019".
Hi Thong,
If you go back into the plugin and click on the 'product' drop list you will be able to see some of these fields. if you fill them out the number of errors in Google will be reduced.
The problem is however that some of the fields that Google asks for do not exist in the plugin. From what I have read the developers are aware of this and are fixing it soon.
Also note that again, from what I can see and from my experience, these errors do not effect your rankings in google.
Paul
oh` Okay thank you for answering. I will check the plugin again.
"Also note that again, from what I can see and from my experience, these errors do not affect your rankings in google'.-> yeah, I think so. The SERP of my product review page is low ranking on Google anyway.
