My short term goals- show me some love

It might seem far fetch to most but I like planning:
Goals from 17 December 2016-17 January 2017
- refer 100 visitors per day to my site
- convert 12% of those visitors into free referrals. that equals 12 referrals per day
- now convert 12% of that free referrals into premium members= 1,44 every day let's make that 1.
- in total that will be 360 referrals for 30 days
- convert 30 to premium members
Yeah let's do this :) What do you is it doable?
