Mastermind
Two or more people that work in harmony for a definite purpose. I was inspired by MyJobKiller to write about a principle that Napoleon Hill talks about. That is the mastermind principle and how it works. If you have never heard of the mastermind principle then I just recommend that you look around WA and you will easily see that if you are participating in conversations with most in here, then you may have already started creating your mastermind group.
What I love about being part of a mastermind group is the ideas that are generated. I have a group, that I am a part of and feel that when we get together and start talking about business and helping others that we generate a lot of energy, and always walk away fully energized and ready to take action. In this particular mastermind group, we all are working on different projects, but all with the same ends in mind.
In my opinion, if you are married then that should be your first and strongest mastermind group. When you form a mastermind with your significant other, that to me is the most powerful group and most influential. Your spouse or significant other has the power to propel you ahead so far, with support and encouragement, and you as well have the same power with them, so use it wisely! I bought Napoleon Hills book years ago. I know I didn't read it all, but skimmed through it. I will have to make the time to read it somehow. Even if it takes weeks. Thanks for this Matt.
