Would you promote your website any differently if you were in a different part of the world?

Hello WA!

One of the things I really love about having a business online is the flexibility of doing it from any place in the world... I think that's amazing!

My website is at the beginning stages so I haven't explored all the different ways to promote my site locally. I currently live in New Jersey US, but I am planning a trip to Eastern Europe and this is one of the questions that popped in my head.

What could be the benefit of staying in a different part of the globe for awhile?...Offline Marketing?...local advertising?... have you done anything different when traveling?... I'm curious and I'm really not sure what are my options on this.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions or feedback

Thanks ! ; )

Yes, I have made Dutch business cards, and I promote WA in the Dutch language too

Okay, business cards in a different language sounds like a good idea.

Thanks!

I don't get out of the house, basically at all, but the language of business, the world over, is still English. The cultures are all different and I have learned my phraseology does not go well in many parts of the world.

(This I found out from the freelance writing I have and still do.)

I see how some things may vary in other countries.

Thanks for your feedback!

Since the online world is really border-less, I don't think the method of promotion would be any different. For what we're trying to do it'll be the same no matter what language you use, or where you are: provide help to those who seek it, and make a living in the process.

Great point. Thanks for your feedback !

Your site doesn't say where you are and your promotion to social media is just the same.

There are many members who live in different places all over the world. Anyone who has access to the internet will potentially have access to your website.

Many people have been doing this long enough that they take vacations and keep up with their work while they are gone.

Many options. Nice to meet you.

Thanks for your message Carole !
