A Healthy Lifestyle Part 2
Hi everyone, well here I go again.
A couple of weeks ago I got another what they call, "Pin of The Month". I was unable to share it until now.
For anyone who does not know me, I consider my self a natural food health advocate. I also will always ask you to follow your Doctors's orders. I try to provide you with choices, and prevention to illness.
For me these 6 doctors are a basis for a better healthier life. The cost is zero dollars and everyone is welcome. No appointment necessary.
I also love my balance scale. Imagine if everything in life was a perfect balance. It's beautiful.
This was marked as the most downloaded pin from my Pinterest Site for a month and I would like to share it with you.
I do realize this is just a small part, and it is in no way a cure to cancer. My sister suffers from breast cancer. Stage 3. She has taken this battle as her own to fight. She does not share the pain or what she is going through. We dare not mention it, and we respect her choice even if we may not understand. She isolates her disease from her three sisters, and her two brothers.
It is very sad for me, and I know my sisters and brother feel the same way.
I used to do the same thing. When demons came into my life, I isolated myself and tried to fight them off by myself. I live alone, to me my demons were trivial and how dare I, ask for help in my battles.
WA has been a gift to me. My network of friends are the most amazing group of friends I have ever encountered in my life. Almost at the 1200 mark of friends. I am blessed.
Today I share my feelings. I pray I have the words to help out with someone's technical difficulties, emotional problems or to celebrate in their success.
I was away from WA for three days, yes I did miss you all. During that time I posted my reason and was supported by the most lovely people from all over the world. My gosh what an overwhelming feeling.
Kyle, Carson, Jay. Thank you for creating this platform. I am here to stay this time around.
I wish everyone success. Please do not forget to use my scale, for in the end the good will always outweigh those questionable times.
Everyday is a gift, every moment is an opportunity in which we can alter, either our own or, someone else's pattern of thinking.

Good post with interesting info.
I use most of the foods in your list daily and have noticed a huge difference in fitness etc.
Used to hate Brussel Sprouts but now love them as we roast them.

Hey Michael, great post/pin. Only two items on your list consumed by me today...I need to get better at it than that.
I also have a great amount of respect for you for honoring your sister's wishes as she deals with cancer. I only pray that she let you all be there for her as she fights it.
I am a member of a Facebook group of a friend of mine from the Air Force Reserve fighting cancer. He and his wife post every day for support and prayers. It is very inspirational for others fighting and he also gets a great deal out of it as well.

My sister is a great person, this disease has changed her.

Still far too many are ignoring the advice given by Doctors. Some just think they know better, while others just don't want to change - even when it is lifesaving advice they are turning down.

Hi Derek, I hope my post has not given the impression for someone NOT to follow their Doctors advice. In no way will my feelings about Doctors will be even remotely be suggested in anything I post. I do thank you for your comment.

I was just picking up the point of those that decide they know better than their doctor.

Wonderful post, as always. Cancer seems to touch so many lives. You have integrity in respecting your sisters wishes. We all have our way of dealing with situations.
Your pin and the success thereof is amazing. I have just read through the list and can happily report that I have consumed four of the items today. Not brilliant but better than none.
I love your pin! Curious how you built that...did you put all the pieces together yourself? No matter lots of people downloaded your pin. The information on it can answer many questions, all by itself. Good work!
There are always two choices in life..Do it or not do it...Change your diet or suffer:).Google Loren Lockman or Dr Morse if you want to realize what exactly is cancer.).
