My vote is for the second one. I know the gaming niche is popular but perhaps "too popular" - much competition out there in the gaming niche.
I think websites that promote health and wellness such as organic products are better choices, because more and more people are discovering the benefits to organic products. Awareness is increasing in this area.
I would also do some preliminary research on your own to see what might be more popular and more profitable. Jay has done some great webinars which focus on this area - deciding on a niche:

In choosing a niche, my mind automatically went to video games. After seeing that I needed to narrow that down though, I came specifically to games for the Playstation 4 (which
I think if you went this route you should be specific for the type of game genre your site is about.
In the future you could always build sites for more genres or sub-niches within the gaming niche, but starting out you want to have your niche narrowed down so that you can build the site, and create the optimized content to begin earning money.
Both are possible, there are pros and cons for each. I imagine narrowing your genre would be the way to go though. The more specific the better!
