Google Page 1 but I Received an E-mail

I wrote a review for my MMO website a month ago about a company called Money Marketeers (or Marketeers Money, it's not really clear, but you have to read the article to know what I mean). This company offers dropshipping turn-key websites and doesn't seem to provide honest services. So I wrote a truthful review based on my opinion.
It happened to land on page 1 in Google for the search phrase or keyword "Money Marketeers Reviews". That's exciting and I'm happy about it.
But today I received an e-mail from the company saying that I wrote a "misinformed review" (that's their words) which is hurting their company and they would "love to answer my questions so I can create a reliable review."

Of course, my review may be biased. All reviews are. But I have written my genuine opinion about the company. I didn't lie about anything. I said that based on the information I have found I wouldn't recommend to buy a site from them. And at the end of the article I recommend Wealthy Affiliate as an honest opportunity.
It's actually them who mislead people with their name. When you read my article, you see there are many red flags there and I'm only pointing out at them.
I would like to know your opinion, my friends. What would you reply to them?
And another question: can they take legal action against me?
